The SBR team participates in continuous training courses with the aim of developing skills and keeping pace with global development in the fields of reserve management, scientific and technical development related to biodiversity, sustainable agriculture, and management of forests, water, food processing, and others. The reserve is keen to be part of visitor exchange programs locally, regionally, and internationally in various fields and topics, and within various projects.
